Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK Mainland orders. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Typically our orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Therefore for you should expect to receive orders within 5 working days*.

The fee for the Isle of Man and Channel Islands will be calculated at checkout and typically takes 10 working days* depending on your location. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs or local tax duties.

We use Royal Mail & Evri to deliver our parcels. All our parcels are sent with tracking information, so please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time-frame at hello@rararabbit.co.uk .

During peak times, particularly Christmas, deliveries may take slightly longer.

We cannot accept liability for any delivery instructions customers issue to the delivery company. For example, should you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in an alternative location, such as in an outbuilding or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

All orders are shipped in fully recyclable, reinforced cardboard mailers.

RETURNS

Due to all items being printed to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We want you to be happy with your order and try to ensure everything arrives in perfect order. However, if there is a problem with your order or your order arrived damaged in transit, please contact us straight away hello@rararabbit.co.uk. 

For orders damaged in transit, please reply to your order confirmation email straight away and include an image of the damage to print, image of packaging and an image of the address label.

We are unable to cover return postage costs.
